In 2023, the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) evaluated airlines based on their punctuality. Among domestic flights, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) secured the fifth position. However, due to issues like mismanagement, financial crisis, and delays in PIA’s domestic flights, its ranking was impacted. Other private airlines, such as Fly Jinnah, AirSial, and AirBlue, performed better in terms of on-time departures. Meanwhile, Serene Airlines stood at the fourth position with a 62 percent on-time departure rate
